Starting as a Trainee Consultant in their first training academy, I reached Senior Consultant in 18 months. Another 18 months later, I was promoted to Manager, leading a team for the past 2 years. With 4 promotions in 5 years and continuous growth, there’s no ceiling to career advancement here.
